What kind of payments are supported?
limo supports payment through credit card, debit card and net banking. You can also pay for a friend through the book rides page.
Due to a personal reason, I will not be able to take the bus. Can I cancel? Is there a cancelation fee?
You can leave the group up to one hour prior to the start of the journey. A cancellation fee of Rs. 5 will be deducted and the rest is returned to your Limo wallet as credits that you can use on your next booking.
I made a booking but can’t travel and wish to board the next bus, can I do that?
Yes, you can board the next bus at your preferred time, by modifying your booking up to 15 minutes prior to the trip start time, free of cost.
Can I track my bus?
Limo buses are GPS enabled and can be tracked on the map in your current booking screen.
When will I get details of my booking?
You will get your details 30 minutes prior to the trip start time via SMS.
Limo is on my route but the stop ain’t suitable, what do I do?
Book 20 rides at one go and get a discount of Rs 10 per booking, all the tickets are cancellable and modifiable. You can also book 10 rides or more and get a discount of Rs. 5 per booking.
How can I start a bus on my route?
Kindly request a bus on your preferred route and preferred time by going to the “bus requests” section on the app. Alternatively, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will roll a bus on your route at the earliest.
Can I book a bus for an outstation trip, picnic, trekking or wedding?
